SUPREME COURT OFFICE ORDER NO. 07-01
FILING OF PAPERS INTENDED FOR THE CHIEF JUSTICE DURING HIS FOREIGN TRAVEL
For proper recording and continuity of the filing system in the Office of the Chief Justice, all communications, memoranda, endorsements, requests, etc. from various offices, divisions, and sections of the Supreme Court, including the Philippine Judicial Academy and the Judicial and Bar Council, which are intended for or to be acted upon by the Chief Justice during the period of his foreign travel (Russia and China) commencing on 21 July 2001, should be filed with the Office of the Chief Justice, which shall be responsible for their official transmittal to the Acting Chief Justice for the appropriate action of the latter.
This Office Order shall take effect upon its issuance.
