SUPREME COURT OFFICE ORDER NO. 05-02
FILING OF PAPERS INTENDED FOR THE CHIEF JUSTICE DURING HIS FOREIGN TRAVEL
To ensure the proper recording and continuity of the filing system in the Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ), all communications, memoranda, endorsements, requests, etc., from various offices, divisions, and sections of the Supreme Court, including the Philippine Judicial Academy and the Judicial and Bar Council, which are intended for, or to be acted upon by, the Chief Justice during such periods as when he is on foreign travel, or otherwise on official leave, should be filed with the OCJ. The OCJ shall be responsible for the official transmittal thereof to the Acting Chief Justice for appropriate action.
This Office Order shall take effect upon its issuance.
