LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 310

TO	:	All Heads of Departments, Bureaus, Commissions and Offices and

		All Managing Heads of Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations

		All National and Local Officials Concerned and

		The General Manager, Government Service Insurance System

SUBJECT	:	Submittal of Verified Listing of All Government Officials and Employees to the GSIS

In furtherance of the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 712 dated May 27, 1975, converting the fixed monthly pensions under Commonwealth Act No. 186, as amended, to indexed monthly pensions, it is hereby ordered that a verified listing of all government officials and employees shall be submitted to the Government Service Insurance System. aisa dc

Such listing shall be in such form and copies as shall be determined and promulgated by the General Manager of the Government Service Insurance System in order to effectively carry out the provisions of this Letter of Instructions.

The verified listing required hereunder shall be the basis for the consideration, among others, of retirement benefits, dividends, medicare, real estate loans, etc. The listing shall be submitted to the Government Service Insurance System in or before December 3, 1975.
