Rescission of Certain Contracts by and among GSIS, etc. and the GSIS Employees Association ( Letter of Instructions No. 162 )

LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 162

In the interest of orderly government administration, you are hereby directed to rescind the several contracts by and among the Government Service Insurance System, Mar-Bay and Co., Inc., B. C. Regalado, and the GSIS Employees Association covering the development of and sale of housing units at the GSIS-owned portion of Fair-view Park, Quezon City, and to negotiate a new contract without the participation of the GSIS Employees Association. The housing units shall be sold to GSIS members in general in accordance with policies, rules and regulations to be determined by the GSIS Board of Trustees.
