Sta. Maria Agro-Industrial High School in Sta. Maria, Bulacan
Republic Act No. 8397, enacted on November 22, 1997, establishes the Sta. Maria Agro-Industrial High School in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Bulacan, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. The law mandates that necessary funding for the school be included in the General Appropriations Act for the year following its enactment. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8397
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. MARIA AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established an agro-industrial high school in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Bulacan, to be known as the Sta. Maria Agro-Industrial High School, which shall be under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
