Establishment of a High School in Sta. Maria, Davao del Sur
Republic Act No. 7107, enacted on August 14, 1991, establishes a high school in Barangay Sta. Maria, Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Davao del Sur, named Sta. Maria High School. The law mandates the Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports to create necessary rules and regulations for its implementation. Funding for the school is to be included in the General Appropriations Act in the year following its enactment. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7107
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY STA. MARIA, MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. MARIA HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangay Sta. Maria, Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Davao del Sur, to be known as the Sta. Maria High School. casia
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. aisa dc
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
