Pursuant to the Court's directive in Section 28 of its En Banc Resolution dated 15 February 2022 in A.M. No. 21-07-22-SC (Re: Rule on Facilitated Naturalization of Refugees and Stateless Persons), all concerned are DIRECTED to implement a specialized docketing number system in their station relative to cases under the subject rule, such that all newly-filed petitions for naturalization filed by recognized refugees or stateless persons shall be uniquely docketed in this manner —
SPEC. PROC. No. FNAT-RSP-[docket number]-[year filed],
for example: SPEC. PROC. No. FNAT-RSP-001-2022.
