Periodic Reporting of the Status of Cases on Facilitated Naturalization of Refugees and Stateless Persons
The OCA Circular No. 153-2022 mandates all judges and clerks of second-level courts in the Philippines to submit quarterly reports on the status of facilitated naturalization cases for refugees and stateless persons. These reports, due by the tenth of the month following each quarter, are essential for monitoring the progress of these cases as outlined in the Court En Banc's Resolution from February 2022. The reports must include specific details such as case numbers, filing dates, publication modes, case status, and presiding judges. If a court has no cases to report during a specific period, submission is not required. Compliance with this directive is expected from all concerned parties.
