DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2008 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS
WHEREAS, Friday, September 5, 2008, marks the 40th Charter Day anniversary and Tuna Festival celebration of the City of General Santos; TAECaD
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 5, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
