REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8868

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAGADA, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAGADA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Sagada, Mountain Province to be known as the Sagada National High School. HCEISc

SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. DCHaTc

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
