REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8269

AN ACT CONVERTING THE ANTADAO HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX IN BARANGAY ANTADAO, MUNICIPALITY OF SAGADA, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ANTADAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Antadao, Municipality of Sagada, Mountain Province, to be known as the Antadao National High School.

SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. cdt

SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Mt. Province National General Comprehensive High School — Antadao Annex. Thereafter, such amount as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Antadao National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
