REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11605
AN ACT CONVERTING THE SAGADA-BESAO-QUIRINO, ILOCOS SUR ROAD INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Sagada-Besao-Quirino, Ilocos Sur Road, connecting the municipalities of Sagada and Besao in Mountain Province and Quirino in the Province of Ilocos Sur, is hereby converted and declared a national road.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Public Works and Highways shall include in the Department's programs the improvement, repair and maintenance of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
