REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10094
AN ACT CONVERTING THE ALILEM — SUGPON — SUDIPEN ROAD IN THE PROVINCES OF ILOCOS SUR AND LA UNION INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Alilem — Sugpon — Sudipen Road in the provinces of Ilocos Sur and La Union is hereby converted into a national road. SCaITA
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
