For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 5 June 2017 of the First Division in Administrative Case No. 10683, entitled "Rodolfo S. Beltran, Complainant, v. Atty. Myrna D. Santiago, Respondent" to wit:
WHEREFORE, this Court finds respondent Atty. Myrna D. Santiago GUILTY of violation of the Notarial Law. Accordingly, her notarial commission as a notary public is SUSPENDED for two (2) years and she is reprimanded to be more circumspect in her duties as a notary public.
Further, the undated Motion to Lift Order of Suspension is DENIED for lack of merit.
As per Registry Return Receipt No. 3885, respondent received a copy of the aforesaid Resolution on 24 July 2017. aDSIHc
