For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of Second Division dated 11 January 2016 in Administrative Case No. 10629, entitled "Carlos G. Riña vs. Atty. Primitivo C. Cruz," to wit:
The findings of fact and recommendations of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the Notice of Resolution No. XX-2013-843 dated June 22, 2013 and Notice of Resolution No. XXI-2014-324 dated May 4, 2014 are ACCEPTED and APPROVED. Atty. Primitivo. C. Cruz is hereby DISQUALIFIED from re-appointment as Notary Public for two (2) years. His notarial commission, if existing, is also immediately revoked.
On 2 February 2016 respondent received the resolution of the Court dated 11 January 2016. DETACa
