Quoted hereunder, for your information and guidance, is the dispositive part of the per curiam Decision dated 26 January 2016 of the Court En Banc in A.C. No. 10859 [Formerly CBD Case No. 09-2514], entitled "Maria Fatima Japitana v. Atty. Sylvester C. Parado," to wit:
WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Sylvester C. Parado is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for two (2) years and PERMANENTLY DISQUALIFIED from being commissioned as Notary Public.
This order is IMMEDIATELY EXECUTORY.
In a Resolution dated 26 July 2016, the Court DENIED the respondent's earnest motion for reconsideration, there being no substantial matters raised to warrant the reversal of the questioned Decision. Further, the Court, in its Resolution dated 6 December 2016 DENIED the respondent's second motion for reconsideration, for the same reason. TCAScE
