Mangay, RTC, Branch 126, Caloocan City, Judge Fernando P. Cabato, RTC, Branch 62, La Trinidad, Benguet, Judge Blas O. Causapin, Jr., RTC, Branch 32, Guimba, Nueva Ecija, Judge Avelino A.
