NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated April 24, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 14264-Ret. (Re: Resumption of Pension under R.A. No. 9946 of Hon. Orlando C. Paguio, former Judge, MTC, Meycauayan, Bulacan). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to APPROVE the application for resumption of pension under R.A. No. 9946 of Hon. Orlando C. Paguio, former Judge, MTC, Meycauayan, Bulacan, effective February 11, 2010, subject to the prohibitions/conditions enumerated in the last paragraph of Section 1 of said Act and to the availability of funds."
