ACT NO. 2544
AN ACT RESTORING TO THE PUBLIC DOMAIN CERTAIN LANDS IN THE PROVINCE OF AMBOS CAMARINES RESERVED THEREFROM FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES BY PROCLAMATION NUMBERED ONE OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, SERIES OF NINETEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN
SECTION 1. All of the public lands situated in the sitios of Gatbo, Paunlong, Ibago, and Maybanga, barrio of Mabatobato, municipality of Pili, Province of Ambos Camarines, heretofore reserved for the use of the non-Christian tribes by proclamation numbered one of the Governor-General, dated January twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred and thirteen, are hereby restored to the public domain and re-opened for settlement and sale in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Nine hundred and twenty-six, as amended, in like manner and effect as if no such reservation had been made.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
