An Act Restoring to the Public Domain Certain Lands in the Moro Province Reserved therefrom for Public Purposes by Executive Order of the Governor-General Numbered Ninety-Three, Series of Nineteen Hundred and Eight

ACT NO. 2281
AN ACT RESTORING TO THE PUBLIC DOMAIN CERTAIN LANDS IN THE MORO PROVINCE RESERVED THEREFROM FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES BY EXECUTIVE ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL NUMBERED NINETY-THREE, SERIES OF NINETEEN HUNDRED AND EIGHT
SECTION 1. All of the public lands heretofore reserved for the use of the Moro Province by executive order of the Governor-General Numbered Ninety-three and dated September eighteenth, nineteen hundred and eight, are hereby restored to the public domain and reopened for settlement and sale in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Nine hundred and twenty-six, as amended, in a like manner and effect as if no such reservation had been made.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
