An Act Restoring to the Public Domain Certain Lands in the Mountain Province Reserved therefrom for Public Purposes by Executive Order of the Governor-General Numbered Sixty-Three, Series of Nineteen Hundred and Seven
Act No. 2286, enacted on September 27, 1913, restores certain public lands in the Mountain Province that were previously reserved for public purposes by an executive order from 1907. These lands are reopened for settlement and sale under the provisions of Act No. 926, effectively nullifying the previous reservation. The Act takes effect immediately upon its passage.

ACT NO. 2286
AN ACT RESTORING TO THE PUBLIC DOMAIN CERTAIN LANDS IN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE RESERVED THEREFROM FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES BY EXECUTIVE ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL NUMBERED SIXTY-THREE, SERIES OF NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SEVEN
SECTION 1. All of the public lands heretofore reserved for the use of the Mountain Province by executive order of the Governor-General Numbered Sixty-three and dated December nineteenth, nineteen hundred and seven, are hereby restored to the public domain and reopened for settlement and sale in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Nine hundred and twenty-six, as amended, in a like manner and effect as if no such reservation had been made.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
