RESERVING FOR SETTLEMENT SITE PURPOSE OF THE CULTURAL MINORITIES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for resettlement site purposes of the cultural communities under the administration of the Minister of PANAMIN certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Panabo, province of Davao del Norte, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:
