Proclamation No. 1032-B, issued on December 12, 2006, officially repeals Proclamation No. 1032-A, which had declared December 11-14, 2006, as special non-working days for government employees in the Cities of Cebu, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu. This repeal was necessitated by the postponement of the ASEAN Summit originally scheduled for those dates, which nullified the purpose of the prior proclamation. The repeal confirms that the special non-working days are no longer in effect. The order was signed by Executive Secretary Eduardo R. Ermita under the authority of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
