The Committee on Publications [The Court Systems Journal and the Advanced Syllabi/Case Digest] shall have a Board of Editors and editorial staff as may be determined by the Chairman, Co-Chairman and Vice-Chairmen.
The Members of the Committee on the Revision of the Rules of Court are on ad hoc basis taking into account the specific subject matter for consideration (e.g., Criminal Procedure, Special Proceedings, Evidence).
The Chief Justice, who shall serve as the ex officio chairman of all committees, may upon recommendation of the Chairman of a committee, designate additional members to said committee.
The Chief Justice is further authorized to create such other committees as the need therefor arises.
Mr. Justice Artemio V. Panganiban will continue to serve as the Court's representative in the planning and construction of the PHILJA complex in Tagaytay City.
The Chairman, Co-Chairman and Members of the Committees may receive such expense allowance on a monthly or per meeting basis as may be determined by the Chief Justice.
This resolution shall take effect upon its promulgation. DacTEH
