SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 13-99
FIXING THE EXPENSE ALLOWANCES OF THE MEMBERS OF STANDING COMMITTEES
Pursuant to the authority vested in him by the Resolution of 23 February 1999 in A.M. No. 99-1-05-SC, the Chief Justice hereby fixes the expense allowances of the members of standing committees, except those of committees for whom expense allowances had earlier been fixed, to wit:

However, if a Member of the Court who is a Chairman or Vice-Chairman of a committee is also a Chairman or Vice-Chairman of another committee, he/she shall be entitled to receive that of a Chairman of one committee only. Nevertheless, if he is a member of other committees he/she shall be entitled to the expense allowance as a member of the other committees. TAacCE
The expense allowances of the members of Ad Hoc Committees or Subcommittees which may be created by the Chief Justice or by the Committees when approved by the Chief Justice or the Court, from time to time, are as follows:

provided, however, that in no case shall the expense allowances exceed P3,000, P2,600, P2,200, and P2,000, and P1,600 a month for the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Members, Secretary and Asst. Secretary, respectively.
This Memorandum Circular shall be effective as of 1 March 1999.
