Reorganizing the Supreme Court Health and Welfare Plan Board and Its Screening Committees

SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 35-A-12
REORGANIZING THE SUPREME COURT HEALTH AND WELFARE PLAN BOARD AND ITS SCREENING COMMITTEES
The membership in the Screening Committee B is hereby corrected as follows:
Member:Atty. Maria Teresa O. Demesa-Razal (instead of Atty. Fe Corcelles-Aguila) DEcTCa
The assigned areas of Committees A and B are likewise corrected as follows:
Screening Committee A-NCR and Region I
Screening Committee B-Regions II, III, and IV
This addendum to Memorandum Order No. 35-2012 shall take effect upon its issuance this 15th day of October 2012.
