Reconstitution of Selection Board for 1st and 2nd Level Positions and Special Board for 3rd Level Career Positions
Memorandum Order No. 463, issued on February 6, 1998, reconstitutes the Selection Board for first and second level positions and the Special Board for third level career positions in the Office of the President of the Philippines. The Selection Board will now include the Executive Secretary as Chairman, along with members from the Personnel Office, the CES Association, and the OP Employees Union, representing both first and second level positions. Similarly, the Special Board for director-level vacancies will have the Executive Secretary as Chairman, with members including personnel administration officials and representatives from relevant associations. The Director of the Personnel Office will act as Secretary for both boards.

MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 463
FURTHER RECONSTITUTING THE SELECTION BOARD FOR FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL POSITIONS AND THE SPECIAL BOARD FOR THIRD LEVEL CAREER POSITIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (PROPER)
The composition of the Selection Board in the Office of the President for the First and Second Level positions, created under Memorandum Order No. 248, dated 21 August 1989, which was reconstituted under Memorandum Order No. 100, dated 04 March 1993, and Memorandum Order No. 423, dated March 21, 1997, is hereby further reconstituted as follows:

The composition of the Special Board in the Office of the President to screen candidates to vacant career positions of directors, created under Memorandum Order No. 46, dated 13 October 1992, which was reconstituted under Memorandum Order No. 99, dated 04 March 1993, and Memorandum Order No. 423, dated March 21, 1997, is hereby further reconstituted as follows:
