Renaming the OP Selection and Promotions Board as the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board
Memorandum Order No. 33, issued on December 19, 2018, renames the OP Selection and Promotions Board for 1st and 2nd Level Career Positions to the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (OP-HRMPSB). MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 33
Pursuant to the applicable provisions under the Revised Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions, the OP Selection and Promotions Board (OPSPB) for 1st and 2nd Level Career Positions, created under Memorandum Order No. 248, s. 1989, as amended, is hereby renamed as Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (OP-HRMPSB). The said Board shall be constituted as follows:
