Reconstituting the Selection Board for First and Second Level Career Positions, and the Special Board for Third Level Career Positions in the Office of the President Proper

Memorandum Order No. 5, issued on September 26, 2016, reconstitutes the Office of the President's Selection and Promotions Board (OPSPB) for 1st and 2nd Level Career Positions and the Special Board (OPSB) for 3rd Level Career Positions. The OPSPB will be chaired by the Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration, while the OPSB will be chaired by the Executive Secretary or a designated representative. Both boards will include various members from relevant offices and representatives from different career levels. The Human Resource Management Office will act as the secretariat for these boards, ensuring proper administration of career position selections.
