Reappropriation of Sums Under R.A. No. 1613
Republic Act No. 3292, enacted on June 18, 1961, reappropriates a total of P55,000 from funds previously allocated under Republic Act No. 1613 for various construction and public improvement projects in the City of Manila. The reallocated funds include P20,000 for the construction of the Intramuros Health Center and P35,000 for asphalt paving of streets in the Fabie Estate area. The Act aims to enhance social welfare and infrastructure within the city. It took effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 9, 1962.
