Reappropriation of Sums Under R.A. No. 1613
Republic Act No. 3301, enacted on June 18, 1961, reappropriates specific funds previously allocated for various construction projects in the Province of Leyte under Republic Act No. 1613. The total amount of P8,000 is redirected to fund the construction and/or improvement of the Central School in the Municipality of Bato. The act took effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 16, 1962.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3301
AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS APPROPRIATED IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED THIRTEEN
SECTION 1. The sums appropriated in Priorities Numbered 50, 52, 60 and 61, page 58-B, group II, for the Province of Leyte, appendix B of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen, to wit: cd

totalling eight thousand pesos, are hereby reappropriated, for the construction and/or improvement of the Central School in the Municipality of Bato, Province of Leyte.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
