NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated March 5, 2013, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 13-02-04-SC (Re: Verification of Advance Court En Banc Resolutions and Orders). — Acting on the Letter dated February 22, 2013 of Senior Associate Justice Antonio T. Carpio, the Court Resolved to APPROVE his recommendation that the resolution dated February 12, 2013 in this matter be made to apply to the resolutions and orders of the Division. Accordingly, the title of this matter and the February 12, 2013 resolution shall be AMENDED to read as follows:
A.M. No. 13-02-04-SC (Re: Verification of Advance Court Resolutions and Orders). — The Court En Banc Resolved to APPROVE the following guidelines on verification of advance Court resolutions and orders:
(1) In accordance with Section 4, Rule 11 in relation to Section 8, Rule 11, both of the Internal Rules of the Supreme Court, the Clerk of Court or Division Clerk of Court shall immediately draft the advance minute resolutions and orders and submit the same to the Office of the Chief Justice or Division Chairperson; CEDHTa
(2) The Office of the Chief Justice or Division Chairperson shall transmit the draft resolutions and orders to the respective Members-in-Charge for verification; and
(3) The Members-in-Charge shall have two (2) working days to verify the draft resolutions and orders; otherwise, the resolution and/or order shall be deemed verified."
