NOTICE

Sirs/Mesdames :

Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated November 20, 2012, which reads as follows: DCHIAS

"A.M. No. 12-11-5-SC (Re: Proposed Changes in the Format of the Agenda of the Court En Banc). — The Court Resolved to (a) NOTE the Memorandum dated November 14, 2012 of Atty. Enriqueta E. Vidal, Clerk of Court En Banc and (b) APPROVE, effective immediately, the following changes in the format of the Agenda of the Court En Banc:

(1) Judicial matters and administrative matters will be reported in separate agendas. For the purpose, the Agenda shall clearly indicate whether it is an 'Agenda for Judicial Matters' or 'Agenda for Administrative and Bar Matters,' and each type of Agenda will run its separate numbering beginning with the Main Agenda and continuing to the Supplemental Agendas.

(2) The main and supplemental agendas for judicial matters will be printed on white bond paper and follow this order:

I. Hearing

II. New Petitions

III. Extensions of Time to File New Petitions

IV. Motions and Other Pleadings

V. Extensions of Time to File Other Pleadings

VI. Referrals to the Court En Banc

(3) The main and supplemental agendas for administrative and bar matters will be printed on green bond paper and follow this order:

I. Administrative Complaints

A. Complaints against Justices of Lower Appellate Courts (CA, SB, CTA)

B.Complaints against Lower Court Judges (RTC, MeTC, MTCC, MTC, MCTC, Shari'a Courts) DacASC

C. Complaints against Court Personnel (All Courts)

D. Referrals to the Court En Banc

II. Administrative Matters

A. Retirement of Justices

B. Retirement of Judges

C. Retirement of Court Officials and Personnel

D. Miscellaneous Matters

D.1 Supreme Court

D.2 PHILJA

D.3 Court of Appeals

(4) Considering the standing policy that the Main Agenda of the Court En Banc must be prepared and circulated not later than 12:00 noon of the Friday prior to the Tuesday session, and considering further that new petitions and matters which require the Court's immediate attention are filed thereafter, the practice of preparing Supplemental Agendas shall be retained, subject to the foregoing changes."
