Re: Verification of Advance Court En Banc Resolutions and Orders
On February 12, 2013, the Supreme Court of the Philippines issued a resolution establishing guidelines for the verification of advance Court En Banc resolutions and orders. The Clerk of Court is tasked with drafting these resolutions and submitting them to the Chief Justice's office. NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated February 12, 2013, which reads as follows: DHEACI
"A.M. No. 13-02-04-SC (Re: Verification of Advance Court En Banc Resolutions and Orders). — The Court En Banc Resolved to APPROVE the following guidelines on verification of advance Court En Banc resolutions and orders:
(1) In accordance with Section 4, Rule 11 in relation to Section 8, Rule 11, both of the Internal Rules of the Supreme Court, the Clerk of Court shall immediately draft the advance minute resolutions and orders and submit the same to the Office of the Chief Justice;
(2) The Office of the Chief Justice shall transmit the draft resolutions and orders to the respective Members-in-Charge for verification; and
(3) The Members-in-Charge shall have two (2) working days to verify the draft resolutions and orders; otherwise, the resolution and/or order shall be deemed verified." (adv41)
