Re: Revised Policies and Guidelines in Human Resource Development Programs, as Amended: Study Leave Program

The modified Section 10 now allows qualified personnel to take paid leave for a maximum of six months for bar or board exam preparation and four months for completing a master's degree. Importantly, employees can only avail of study leave for taking bar or board exams up to two times during their judiciary employment. This resolution was based on recommendations from the Personnel Development Committee.
