NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated JANUARY 31, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 00-6-1-SC (Re: Human Resource Manual [Formerly referred to as Personnel Manual]). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE the
(i) Letter dated January 30, 2012 of Associate Justice Arturo D. Brion, submitting the revised draft of the Human Resource Manual for the Court's consideration and approval;
(ii) Aforesaid Amended Manual dated January 30, 2012; and
(iii) Resolution No. 01-2012 of the Judicial Reform Support Project (JRSP) Sub-Committee on Enhancing Institutional Integrity; and
(b) APPROVE the subject Human Resource Manual, as revised." Abad and Sereno, JJ., on leave. (adv129) AEaSTC
