NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated January 17, 2012, which reads as follows: ADCEcI
"A.M. No. 10-9-8-SC (Re: Request of R.A.V. Saguisag for Copies of Reports on the Judiciary Development Fund) [Request of Alphonso Emmanuel Defensor, et al.]). — The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter of Alphonso Emmanuel Defensor, Arnold Mauricio Ordiales and James Oscar Marmeto, students of Constitutional Law at the San Beda College School of Law-Alabang, Don Manolo Blvd., Alabang Hills Village, Muntinlupa, requesting a copy of the Commission on Audit's annual reports on the disbursements and transfers under the Judicial Development Fund, specifically for the years 1985 to 1989, 1992 and 1993, and 1997 to 2010.
The Court further Resolved to REFER the above Letter to the COMMISSION ON AUDIT for appropriate action." Brion, J., on official leave. (adv180) DTAHEC
