RE: ADDITIONAL COST OF LIVING ALLOWANCE FROM THE JUDICIARY DEVELOPMENT FUND [FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2018]

NOTICE

Sirs/Mesdames :

Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution datedOCTOBER 16, 2018, which reads as follows:

"A.M. No. 18-09-06-SC (Re: Additional Cost of Living Allowance from the Judiciary Development Fund [for the Month of September 2018]). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of Atty. Corazon G. Ferrer-Flores, Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief of Office, Fiscal Management and Budget Office, to:

(a) APPROVE the grant of additional Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) to each of the Justices, judges, officials and employees of the Judiciary at the rates of Three Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P3,400.00), Three Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (P3,300.00), and Three Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (P3,200.00) corresponding to a total amount of Ninety Million Four Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand One Hundred Pesos (P90,482,100.00) for the month of September 2018, chargeable against the eighty percent (80%) Judiciary Development Fund (JDF) allotted for the purpose; and

(b) AUTHORIZE the transfer of the following amounts from JDF Savings Account No. 0591-0116-34 to the accounts hereunder indicated:

(i) Ninety Million Four Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand One Hundred Pesos (P90,482,100.00) to the 80% JDF Current Account No. 3472-1000-59 to cover the payment of the additional COLA;

(ii) Twenty-Two Million Six Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos and Ninety-Two Centavos (P22,623,134.92) to the 20% JDF Savings Account No. 3471-0011-62; and

(iii) Four Hundred Ninety Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Three Pesos and Ninety-Eight Centavos (P490,123.98) to SC Account No. 3472-1002-70 to cover expenses incurred in connection with the Bar Examinations." Jardeleza, J., on official business. Gesmundo, J., on leave. (adv12) CAIHTE
