NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated June 4, 2013, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 11-9-4-SC (Re: Proposed Rule for the Efficient Use of Paper). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE the
(1) Letter dated February 21, 2013 of the Sub-Committees on the Revision of Rules on E-Commerce and Notaries Public, chaired by (Ret.) Justice Jose C. Vitug, submitting the proposed 'Guidelines on the Submission of Electronic Copies of Documents Implementing Section 5A, Paragraph 2 of the Efficient Use of Paper Rule'; and
(2) Aforesaid Draft Guidelines; and
(b) CONSOLIDATE this matter with A.M. No. 10-3-7-SC (Re: Proposed Rules on E-Filing)." Carpio, J., on official leave. (adv137) DCAHcT
