Efficient Use of Paper Rule
On January 17, 2012, the Philippine Supreme Court issued a resolution regarding the proposed rules for the efficient use of paper and court time. The Court decided to separate these two proposals, assigning the proposal for the efficient use of court time a new docket number (A.M. No. 12-1-9-SC). Additionally, the Court will await recommendations from the Committee on the Revision of the Rules of Court concerning the proposed rule for the efficient use of paper. This decision is part of ongoing efforts to enhance court efficiency and resource management.
