NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated FEBRUARY 12, 2019, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 19-02-10-SC (Re: eCourts Technology Governance Committee Resolution No. 2018-01). — The Court Resolved to HTcADC
(a) NOTE the Letter dated February 11, 2019 of Associate Justice Marvic M. V. F. Leonen, Chairperson, Committee on Computerization and Library (CCL), stating that the CCL has approved the eCourts Technology Governance Committee Resolution No. 2018-01 dated November 21, 2018; and
(b) NOTE and APPROVE the aforesaid eCourts Technology Governance Committee Resolution No. 2018-01, recommending the approval of the Governance in Justice (GOJUST) eCourts Program of Action." (adv68)
