Re: Decisions/Resolutions for Uploading to SC Website
On July 3, 2012, the Supreme Court of the Philippines issued a resolution regarding the uploading of certain judicial decisions and resolutions to its official website. The Court ordered that signed decisions, signed resolutions, and unsigned extended resolutions that dispose of cases post-comment filing be uploaded, alongside unsigned resolutions with separate opinions. However, minute resolutions and unsigned extended resolutions disposing of cases before comment filing are excluded from this upload policy. The Clerk of Court was tasked with drafting the necessary procedures for implementation.

A.M. No. 12-7-1-SC
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated July 3, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 12-7-1-SC (Re: Decisions/Resolutions for Uploading to the SC Website). — The Court Resolved to ORDER the uploading to the Supreme Court Website of the following decisions and resolutions: CSTcEI
(a) Signed Decision;
(b) Signed Resolution;
(c) Unsigned Extended Resolution which disposes a case after the filing of the comment; and
(d) Unsigned Resolution, whether Extended or Minute, with separate, concurring, or dissenting opinions.
The following resolutions shall not be uploaded to the SC Website:
(a) Minute Resolution; and
(b) Unsigned Extended Resolution which disposes a case before the filing of the comment.
The Clerk of Court is hereby directed to DRAFT the procedure for the purpose." Abad, J., on official leave. (Internal resolution — not for release) (adv121)
