NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated July 10, 2012, which reads as follows: HSEcTC
"A.M. No. 12-7-1-SC (Re: Decisions/Resolutions for Uploading to SC Website). — Upon the recommendation of the Clerk of Court and pursuant to the resolution dated July 3, 2012, the Court Resolved to APPROVE the following procedure for the uploading of decisions and resolutions to the SC Website, to wit:
Signed Decisions and Signed Resolutions
The procedure set forth in Rule 14 of the Internal Rules of the Supreme Court relative to the submission, promulgation, release and electronic dissemination of signed decisions and signed resolutions shall be observed, subject to the following modifications:
Report of promulgation. Within twenty-four hours from the promulgation of a decision or resolution, the Clerk of Court or the Division Clerk of Court shall formally inform the Chief Justice or the Division Chairperson of such promulgation by furnishing them with two (2) copies of the promulgated decision or resolution.
Electronic dissemination of decision or resolution. Upon receipt of the report of promulgation, the Chief Justice or the Division Chairperson shall direct their respective Judicial Staff Heads to deliver immediately the magnetic or electronic copy of the decision or resolution to the Public Information Office, accompanied by a hard copy of the signed decision or signed resolution, as promulgated by the Clerk of Court or the Division Clerk of Court.
Responsibilities of the PIO. Upon receipt of a copy of a promulgated decision or resolution, the PIO shall:

(c) scan the actual signatures and handwritten notes, if any, of the Members of the Court on the signature page as well as the actual signature of the Clerk of Court or the Division Clerk of Court on the promulgation page for uploading to the SC Website together with the whole text; and DaHSIT

Unsigned Extended Resolution Which Disposes a Case After the Filing of the Comment and Unsigned Resolution, Whether Extended or Minute, with Separate, Concurring, or Dissenting Opinions
(1) Unsigned resolutions for uploading to the SC Website shall be printed in the form of a notice of resolution as prescribed in Section 7 of Rule 11 of the Internal Rules of the Supreme Court.
(2) Printed copies of said unsigned resolutions as well as the separate, concurring, or dissenting opinions shall be submitted to the Chief Justice or the Division Chairperson, each accompanied by one electronic copy. The Judicial Staff Head of the Office of the ponente or the opinion writer shall certify to the authenticity of the electronic copy, which shall be placed in a specially marked, signed, dated and sealed envelope.
(3) Upon approval by the Chief Justice or the Division Chairperson of the release of the resolution as well as opinions, the Office of the Chief Justice or Division Chairperson shall forward the printed and electronic copies to the Clerk of Court or the Division Clerk of Court.
(4) Upon receipt of the printed and electronic copies of the unsigned resolution from the Office of the Chief Justice or the Division Chairperson, the Clerk of Court or the Division Clerk of Court shall immediately release the resolution as well as the separate, concurring, or dissenting opinions to the parties.
(5) Upon official release of the resolution in accordance with Section 5 (2nd par.) of Rule 11 of the IRSC, the Clerk of Court or the Division Clerk of Court shall immediately deliver an electronic copy of the notice of resolution as well as separate, concurring, or dissenting opinion to the Public Information Office, accompanied by a printed copy. (6) Upon receipt of the printed and electronic copies of the notice of resolution as well as separate, concurring, or dissenting opinions, the PIO shall follow the same procedure with respect to promulgated decisions or signed resolutions as prescribed in Section 4 of Rule 14 of the IRSC, as modified above.
This Resolution shall take effect prospectively upon release thereof, unless otherwise directed by the Chief Justice or the Division Chairperson." Abad, J., on official leave. (adv83)
