NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated September 25, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 12-9-3-SC (Re: Comprehensive Health Care Plan for the Lower Courts). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE Board Resolution No. 2012-03 dated September 7, 2012 of the Supreme Court Health and Welfare Plan Board (SCHWP Board) relative to the proposed Comprehensive Health Care Plan for the lower courts; CaSHAc
(b) APPROVE the following requests of the SCHWP Board:
1. That a Comprehensive Health Care Plan for the Lower Courts be procured;
2. That the amount of P220.00 be deducted monthly from the salary of each Lower Court and Halls of Justice employee, representing the personal share of the employees in the premium payments;
3. That the following offices be authorized to allocate the following amounts representing the Court's subsidy in the premium payments, in twelve monthly installments:
Office of the Court AdministratorP60,000,000.00
Halls of Justice under the Supreme CourtP1,197,696.74
4. That the Lower Court subsidy be charged against any available savings of the Lower Courts and that the Halls of Justice subsidy be charged against any available savings of the Supreme Court under the General Appropriations Act;
5. That the initial monthly member contribution of the Lower Court members be advanced by the Court and that the said advanced payment be sourced from the current funds of the SCHWP;
6. That the initial monthly member contributions of the new Lower Court members be advanced by the Court and the said advanced payments be sourced from the remainder of the collection;
7. That the member contributions of the Lower Court Judges, Lower Court Officials, Lower Court Regular Employees and Halls of Justice Casual Employees who will be separated from the Court before the end of the contract period be deducted from the employee's terminal leave; and
8. That the funding of the current subsidy for the SCHWP be continued until all claims from the present SCHWP for lower courts are paid; and cIDHSC
