NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated July 5, 2011, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 98-8-01-SC (Re: Supreme Court Health and Welfare Plan, re Awarding of the Contract for the Comprehensive Health Care Plan for the Supreme Court for Two Years [May 2011-April 2013] to MEDICARD Phils., Inc.). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Supreme Court Health and Welfare Plan Board, to ORDER that the payment of the balance of the personal contributions of the members to the Contract for Comprehensive Health Care Plan of the Supreme Court for 2011-2013 with MEDICARD who retire, complete their term, resign, transfer or are dismissed during the course of the contract period be an additional requirement before said members may be cleared from all accountabilities to the Court and that the payment be made either through deduction of the corresponding amount from the money value of the member's retirement benefits or through direct payment to the Cashier of the Court within sixty (60) days from the date of separation from service."
