No. 98-8-01-SC (Re: Supreme Court Health and Welfare Plan, re Awarding of the Contract for the Comprehensive Health Care Plan for the Supreme Court for Two Years [May 2011-April 2013] to MEDICARD Phils., Inc.). — The Court Resolved to APPROVE the award of the contract for comprehensive health care plan of the Supreme Court for two years (May 2011 to April 2013) to MEDICARD PHILIPPINES, INC. in the amount of P63,796,000.00."
