Re: Accreditation of Wall Street Courier Services, Inc. [Doing Business as Ninja Van] under the Guidelines on the Accreditation of Courier Service Providers
On June 14, 2022, the Supreme Court of the Philippines granted the accreditation of Wall Street Courier Services, Inc. (operating as Ninja Van) as a nationwide courier service provider. This decision followed a verified petition submitted on April 12, 2022, by the company, represented by Jose Alvin S. Perez. The accreditation is contingent upon the continuation of the bond already posted and may require an additional bond if necessary. The Office of the Court Administrator is also authorized to modify existing circulars to reflect the nationwide operations of the courier service.

NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated JUNE 14, 2022, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 22-02-26-SC (Re: Accreditation of Wall Street Courier Services, Inc. [Doing Business as NINJA VAN] under the Guidelines on the Accreditation of Courier Service Providers). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to GRANT the Verified Petition dated April 12, 2022 of Wall Street Courier Services, Inc., represented by Jose Alvin S. Perez, to be accredited as a courier service provider with nationwide operations, under the same bond posted by it in the meantime and subject to the posting of an additional bond, if need be.
The Court further Resolved to AUTHORIZE the Office of the Court Administrator to ISSUE a circular modifying OCA Circular No. 90-2022 to reflect the nationwide coverage of the said courier service provider." Lazaro-Javier, J., on official leave. (adv47)
