Accreditation of Courier Service Providers per Administrative Order No. 242-A-2020 (Guidelines on the Accreditation of Courier Service Providers)
The OCA Circular No. 42-2023 announces the accreditation of two courier service providers, Entrego Express Corporation and JRS Business Corporation, for nationwide court document delivery. This accreditation, effective for one year, permits these providers to file legal documents such as pleadings and motions with the courts. The service is conditional upon the posting of a bond, as outlined in Administrative Order No. 242-A-2020. This initiative is intended to streamline the submission process for court-related documents.
