In view of the Supreme Court En Banc Resolution dated 14 June 2022, in A.M. No. 22-02-26-SC, the Court resolved to modify OCA Circular No. 90-2022 and GRANT the Verified Petition dated 12 April 2022 of Wall Street Courier Services, Inc., to be accredited as a courier service provider with nationwide operations for a period of one (1) year, from 15 June 2022, or until 14 June 2023.
The said accreditation allows NINJA VAN to exclusively serve and file pleadings, motions, notices, orders, judgments and other court submissions nationwide under the same bond posted by it in the meantime and subject to the posting of additional bond, if need be, as set forth in Administrative Order No. 242-A-2020 dated 1 September 2020, otherwise known as the "Guidelines on the Accreditation of Courier Service Providers."
