ENJOINING ALL CABINET MEMBERS AND THEIR ATTACHED AGENCIES AND HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN AND GIVE FULL SUPPORT TO THE PUBLIC FORUM ON "LEADERSHIP IN GOVERNANCE REFORMS: SETTING THE TONE FROM THE TOP" ON DECEMBER 9, 2009 AT THE PHILIPPINE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER (PICC)

The Multi-Sectoral Anti-Corruption Council (MSACC) will be holding a Public Forum on "Leadership in Governance Reforms: Setting the Tone from the Top" on December 9, 2009, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 noon at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Meeting Rooms 1 & 2, CCP Complex, Roxas Blvd., Pasay City. DIECTc

The forum aims to celebrate some gains in governance reforms in selected national agencies and local government units. This will be attended by various stakeholders from the public and private sectors and civil society.

In this regard, all departments and their attached agencies including government-owned and controlled corporations, government financial institutions and local government units are hereby enjoined to actively participate and give full support to the said forum by sending a delegation of ten (10) personnel per agency to be headed by a senior official. Funds to cover the expenses including snacks for the participants shall be charged against the agency budget, subject to availability thereof and applicable accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
